Richard Wang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clad Labs (YC F25), maker of Chad, an AI-powered coding IDE that folds quick breaks and mini-games into developer downtime. Before Clad, Wang did machine-learning research on semiconductor-fab data at a startup acquired by Tokyo Electron and worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He holds a degree in computer science from Caltech.
